Vicky Smallwood

Prior to joining Sanctuary, Vicky worked as a Senior Manager for a top 20 UK firm where she built up her specialism in providing UK tax advice to individuals coming to and leaving the UK and to non-UK residents with substantial UK interests. She has extensive experience in providing advice regarding the UK’s statutory residence test and provides advice regarding the UK tax position for settlors and beneficiaries of non-UK resident trusts. At Sanctuary, Vicky has joined as a Senior Manager, advising HWN and UHNW families and individuals with complex tax advisory solutions.
