Yasin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience in HR management, compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Since joining Sanctuary in November 2022 as the Human Resources Manager, he has been leading the HR department with a focus on fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Prior to his role at Sanctuary, Yasin served as a Manager of Compensation & Benefits from 2017 to 2022, where he successfully developed and implemented competitive compensation structures and benefits programmes. Earlier in his career, between 2008 and 2016, he gained extensive experience across various HR verticals, including recruitment, job evaluation, people cost optimisation projects, and overseeing a broad range of HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Yasin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Human Resources Management. This advanced education has equipped him with expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organisational development. His extensive experience and academic background enable him to adopt a strategic, results-oriented approach to HR functions, driving Sanctuary’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
