Felix joined Sanctuary in 2022 as a dedicated and driven Management Trainee. In this role, he actively contributes to the development and implementation of key business practices, business opportunity creation, and leadership growth. Felix is involved in managing corporate and departmental competencies and rotations, while continually honing his skill set to support Sanctuary’s strategic goals.
Before his tenure at Sanctuary, Felix gained valuable experience as an Executive Researcher in 2022. His background also includes internships in finance, analytics, and marketing, undertaken during his studies at the University of Surrey in the UK. These internships, based in the UAE, allowed Felix to develop a diverse skill set, complementing his academic background.
Felix holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Surrey, where he consistently sought opportunities to enhance his professional expertise. His dedication to both academic and practical experiences position him as a promising asset to Sanctuary and its future growth.
