Alistair oversees the entire operations of Sanctuary in KSA and leads our team on the ground in the Kingdom. Alistair has extensive experience working within Saudi Arabia and is well versed with the local laws and regulations.
Having lived in the Middle East region for over 20 years, and worked for the region’s largest providers, Alistair is fully equipped to advise and find solutions to all clients’ requirements.
Alistair has worked in the corporate services and company formation space within the region for the past 8 years. He has personally assisted and incorporated over 1,500 companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar across a multitude of sectors, and has significant experience and knowledge of all major licensing jurisdictions in these countries.
Joining Sanctuary in 2023 Alistair and his team in Riyadh work closely with all our clients, advising, consulting, and then executing suitable structures and services to meet all of their needs and requirements. These include company formation with the Ministry of Investment (MISA), Iqama and visa processing, ZATCA registration, Corporate Tax advice, and Corporate Bank Account opening.
