Prashant is a qualified lawyer who has more than six years experience in the financial services industry and gained valuable experience while working for an Institutional Single-Family Office in the Middle East. Prashant has hands-on experience of overseeing the offshore and onshore company structuring, corporate governance, legal and operational due diligence, trust, as well as family office-related matters. Prashant joined Sanctuary as a Trust and Family Office Manager, assisting HNW and UHNW families and individuals with complex structuring requirements and advising family offices with their on going governance requirements.

He is also a member of the following professional bodies:
